Schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:00am–4:00pm, Friday 7:00am–3:30pm (Day Shift)

Expected Hours: 42 per week

We’re looking for a dependable, experienced Trailer Mechanic to perform maintenance and repairs on our large fleet of refrigerated trailers. Our facility features a heated indoor garage, and we pride ourselves on our excellent safety record.

Responsibilities include:

 • General trailer maintenance and repair

 • Brake system repairs

 • ABS diagnostics

 • Steel and aluminum welding

 • Minor bodywork

 • Liftgate repairs (Liftgate experience is a huge plus with additional pay!)

What We’re Looking For:

 • 3+ years of trailer repair experience (Required)

 • Valid Driver’s License (Required)

We are seeking a Thermo King/Carrier-certified refrigeration mechanic to join our growing team. You’ll be working in a well-equipped, heated shop on a wide range of refrigeration units in our 600+ trailer fleet.

Responsibilities include:

 • Perform preventative maintenance on Thermo King and Carrier reefer units

 • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues

 • Replace compressors, motors, switches, and sensors

 • Leak test, repair, and recharge refrigerant systems

 • Collaborate with the shop team to ensure quality and timeliness

What We’re Looking For:

 • Thermo King and/or Carrier certification (Required)

 • EPA Refrigerant Certification

 • Strong computer and diagnostic skills

 • Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and EPA regulations

 • Clean driving record and valid Driver’s License (Required)
