This Privacy Policy explains how Jilco Equipment Leasing Co. Inc. (“Jilco,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with this website (the “Site”). It covers information collected through the Site’s contact and quote-request forms, our Trailer Finder tool, and our online career application process. It does not apply to information we may collect offline — for example, over the phone or in person at one of our facilities — or through channels not connected to this Site.
Information You Provide to Us
We collect information you choose to give us directly when you interact with the Site:
- Contact and quote requests. When you contact us or request a quote, we collect information such as your name, company name (if applicable), phone number, email address, the type of inquiry you’re making, and any message or details you choose to share.
- Trailer Finder. Our Trailer Finder tool helps you explore trailer options based on questions you answer. Simply using the tool to explore recommendations does not send any information to us — that part runs in your browser. If you choose to send your results to Jilco, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), any message you add, and the recommendation and answers the tool generated, so a member of our team can follow up.
- Career applications. If you apply for a position through our Careers page, we collect your name, contact information, position of interest, preferred location, your résumé or other application materials, and any additional information you choose to include, such as how you heard about Jilco or a message about your experience.
Fields marked as required must be completed to submit a form; other fields are optional.
Information We Collect Automatically
When you use the Site, some technical information is generated automatically as part of how web browsers and servers communicate — for example, basic request and browser information, and, where you arrive at the Site from a link or search result, referring-page and campaign information.
Analytics. If you select “Accept Analytics” on our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site — for example, which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, and which links and forms are used. Google’s measurement script (the Google tag) is not loaded, and nothing is sent to Google Analytics, unless and until you accept. We send Google Analytics only general, non-personal information: the page address and title, the location of a link or button on the page, which of our two facilities a phone number or directions link relates to, the category of an inquiry and which form it came from, general Trailer Finder context, and the fact that a form was submitted successfully. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, message, résumé, or anything else you type into a form, and we do not send your answer to “How did you hear about us?” Selecting “Reject Analytics” keeps analytics switched off, and you can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer of every page. Security and anti-abuse information. To help protect the Site from spam and abuse, our forms use automated security checks, including technology provided by Cloudflare (Turnstile). As part of this process, we process the IP address associated with a submission, but we do not store that IP address directly in our records. Instead, we retain a derived value associated with the submission that helps us detect suspicious activity, such as an unusually high number of submissions from the same source in a short period. This derived value is not the same as an anonymous value — it can still function as a repeatable identifier for security purposes — but it is not, by itself, sufficient to identify who you are.
How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide the trailer, product, or service information you’ve requested
- Follow up on Trailer Finder results you choose to send us
- Evaluate and process career applications
- Operate, maintain, and secure the Site, including detecting and preventing spam, fraud, and abuse
- Maintain business records related to your inquiry, request, or application
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights
Service Providers
We work with third-party service providers who process information on our behalf to help us operate the Site and respond to your requests, including for:
- Website hosting and infrastructure (Vercel)
- Database and secure storage of submitted information and uploaded documents (Supabase)
- Email delivery, to send inquiry confirmations and internal notifications about new submissions (Resend)
- Website security and anti-abuse verification, to help distinguish real visitors from automated bots (Cloudflare Turnstile)
- Website analytics, to measure how the Site is used (Google Analytics 4) — only if you have selected “Accept Analytics”
- Embedded content, such as maps and video, provided by Google/YouTube where used on the Site
These providers are only permitted to use information we share with them to perform services for Jilco, not for their own independent purposes.
How We Share Information
We share information with the service providers described above so they can perform the functions listed. We do not sell personal information, in the ordinary sense of exchanging customer or contact records for money, and we do not share the information you submit with unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We may also share information: to comply with applicable law, legal process, or a governmental request; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Jilco, our visitors, or others; in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, financing, or sale of assets; or with your consent.
Jilco may use business tools to help manage customer and business relationships as part of operating our business. At this time, submissions through this Site are not automatically synced to a separate customer-relationship-management system; if that changes in the future, this Policy will be updated accordingly.
Job Applicants
If you submit an application, résumé, or related materials through our Careers page, we use that information to evaluate your application, communicate with you about the position or other opportunities at Jilco, and maintain records related to our recruiting and hiring process. We may also use this information as needed to satisfy legitimate legal or business record-keeping requirements.

Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to help protect the information we collect, including restricting access to stored information and using security verification on our forms to help reduce spam and abuse. How Long We Keep Information
We retain the information we collect for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy — including responding to your inquiry, evaluating your application, and maintaining appropriate business records — or as otherwise required to meet legitimate business, security, or legal needs.
