The Cooling Process

The liquid from the compressor is then drawn into a condenser unit that starts a heat exchange. The warm fluid from the compressor flows into various tubing attached to the fins. The fins provide a larger surface area for the fluid, which is then cooled by outside air brought into the unit by a condenser fan. As a result, the fluid in the unit cools significantly.

At this point, the refrigerant should be cool, and the fluid should be released into an evaporator. Here, the cool fluid provides cold air for the unit but evaporates back into gas when heated by the coils of the unit. As a result, the gas can be reused for cooling again, keeping your reefer trailer rental cool. The sides of the trailer contain various insulation elements that stop heat from entering its interior.
